With over 40 years of successful experience each in owning and operating our own companies, Brent and Dr. Mazie Leftwich sold Contract Land Staff to Private Equity owners twice, staying on board each time to continue to lead and operate the company. Through all the years we have worked closely with senior executives, former clients, officers, directors and managers, along with younger emerging leaders, coaching, mentoring and guiding them to enhance their leadership and management skills.
With executives and business owners we will focus on enhancing leadership impact (includes leadership style, management strategies and communication patterns), both with employees as well as clients. Using various assessment tools, we will help the executive refine strengths and identify and minimize weaknesses. By focusing on interpersonal skills, we will analyze the power of influence and executive presence; then set goals and steps for accomplishment. Additionally, we can explore the executive/owner’s goals for their company, future plans and other relevant business issues.
For officers, directors and senior managers, we assess their skills, abilities and effectiveness in managing and leading their areas and employees, and focus on how to successfully manage others, delegate and hold employees accountable.
For the young emerging leaders, we guide them in assessing their current position, helping them to be realistic about their future goals, and create plans and strategies that encourage their professional growth and development.
NOTE: Executive Coaching is a partnership between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal, professional and business potential. It is a very private, one-on-one relationship that can be held off-site so as to provide a confidential setting.
